Château Gallien wine tasting

Château Gallien 1999 : Gold streams luminous, heavy, shining. Nose marked by candied fruits with white pulp evolving on frozen chestnuts notes. The mouth is full and reveals a rich material well supported by a rich liquor. A great vintage, nicely worked where the smoothness of Sauvignon and Sémillon is bare exposed, simply offered to the time proof. Surprising bottle for a cost effective price. Château Gallien 2004 : Beautiful brilliant straw-yellow dress, with a hint of bright green. Pleasant, expressive nose, marked by subtle aromas of ripe fruits flavours heightened by a honey touch. A vaporous, slightly acid mouth brings a pleasant sensation of freshness on a set of round, soft and sweet flavours. Attractive potential in this bottle; we are staggered  in front of this elegant and amazing achievement.   As Gabriel Vicaire 1884 said: "What is needed to be happy in this world?
